Key Responsibilities

  • Actively search for and engage with new advertising partners.
  • Respond to advertisers’ inquiries and issues in a quick and efficient manner.
  • Build relationships with advertising partners around the world.
  • Execute specific outbound sales campaigns, generally targeting large or otherwise non-responsive prospects.
  • Set meetings with prospects at conferences.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of FlexOffers’ services, clients, and overall marketplace.
  • Plan, implement, manage, continually optimize, and control online marketing campaigns. Select and optimize advertising materials.
  • Recruit new partners and reactivate former customers via phone, email and trade shows, as well as help with current clients’ needs.
  • Report and analyze campaign performance and take corrective action where needed.
  • Maintain a library of creative assets for all clients and provide additional creative as requested

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Is a rising star looking to take on a challenge with high upside.
  • Has experience in a sales function, either inbound or outbound for a professional / marketing service or technology, with a focus on digital.
  • Isn’t afraid to get on the phone and believes they can close every deal.
  • Is persistent and willing to run the extra mile it might take to get the meeting.
  • Is self-motivated, can work well on his/her own with minimal supervision
  • Enjoys working with other team members to reach company goals
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Ability to travel
  • Ideally 2 years of sales experience in at least one of the following areas: online marketing, performance marketing, and/or agency/affiliate management.
  • Driven sales person who excels in reaching ambitious sales targets.
  • Skilled at successfully co-managing multiple agencies, departments, and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent overall computer skills


Education Requirements

Associates Degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred with a sales/media/marketing focus OR similar hands-on experience in the field of performance marketing (Consumer data, Branding, Display Advertising, Email marketing, Affiliate Marketing).
