Overview

Role Description:

Help our clients achieve their goals as they relate to the Impact Radius suite of products. The measurements of success are renewal rates, upsells and referrals. As the primary contact for our customers, you will ensure increased revenue, customer adoption, satisfaction and retention. The role is responsible for managing the high level relationship and business strategy. In order to be successful, the ideal candidate must:

  • Create deep and broad relationships within our clients’ organizations

  • Proactively manage accounts

  • Identify the clients’ key business objectives and challenges

  • Upsell SaaS products

  • Negotiate renewal terms

 

Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of our clients’ goals, objectives and strategies

  • Meet revenue targets for portfolio of accounts

  • Build several great personal relationships within the clients’ organizations

  • Maintain a business strategy/plan for each account

  • Lead delivery of business reviews to client stakeholders

  • Track key account activity through Salesforce

  • Ensure problem-resolutions are proceeding per commitments

  • Secure referrals and/or introductions to new clients from existing clients

  • Ensure clients are utilizing and receiving value from the product

  • Identify at-risk customers and develop solutions to ensure retention

  • Accountable for account retention within portfolio

  • Participate in new business pitches as needed

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to

    • Execute recurring calls with clients

    • Ensure day to day client support needs are met

    • Ensure clients are notified and trained on new features pertinent to their business objectives

    • Present quarterly portfolio reviews to Impact Radius executive team

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4 year college degree – Business/Marketing/Advertising

  • 5+ years of client facing experience

  • 2-3 years experience in a quota carrying sales role

  • Solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem
