Role Description:

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for delivering world class support to our top clients. This person strives to embolden our customers to become product experts – utilizing our software suite to build stronger and more successful marketing campaigns. Success is measured in increasing client adoption, increasing net promoter score, and reduced churn. This position requires good business sense, a solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, strong analytic and critical thinking skills, as well as strong customer service skills.

 

As a Customer Success Manager, you will maintain a balanced proactive/reactive relationship with your assigned accounts. Proactive duties include account monitoring, regular check ins and relationship building – while reactive duties include training, product support, and appropriate delegation when technical issues and feature requests arise.

 

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing or related field a plus)

  • 2-3 years customer service experience, preferably B2B

  • Proven track record of providing stellar support to customers.

  • Solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem

  • Healthy dose of initiative and the ability to remain flexible

  • Detail-oriented and able to efficiently prioritize tasks

  • Must be a critical thinker and a resourceful problem-solver

  • Professional communication skills

  • Enthusiastic team player

  • Great conflict resolution skills

  • Excellent time management skills
